XING - DEMON REVENGE


A lecture performance and film program by XING & Fatal & Fallen
 
DEMONS REVENGE consists of a lecture performance by Elizabeth Gabrielle Lee and Jade Meili Barget in collaboration with musician C3LINA @c3_lina, artist Nhi Đi Tu @nhi_oy, and designer Azura Lovisa @azuralovisa. The presentation salvages scraps of unworlding: dashcam footage, TikTok trends, atmospheric recordings and clips from revenge films. The lecture performance envisions retribution as a radical act of dissolution and an aspirational form of transgression. DEMONS REVENGE is accompanied by a film program featuring works from Arlette Quynh-Anh Tran @arlettequynhanhtran, Bassam Issa Al-Sabah @this.isnowhere & Jennifer Mehigan @jennifermehigan, and Jason Hendrik Hansma @jason_hendrik_hansma. Expect numinous environmental take backs, less-than-human blows and god-like wreckages. It’s demon time!
